Four Explosions Reported in Qom Amid US-Israeli Attacks

(MENAFN) Four explosions were reported in rural areas around Qom early Monday, according to an Iranian official, as stated by reports. Morteza Heidari confirmed that two separate sites on the outskirts of the city were targeted. No details regarding casualties or the extent of material damage have been released.

The strikes come amid escalating regional tensions since Israel and the US launched a joint offensive against Iran on February 28, which has resulted in more than 1,340 deaths, including then-Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.
